Among the initial powerful tools delivered natively through the FLO AI platform are Eligibility+ and Ask CurveAI. Eligibility+ automates insurance verification, integrating real-time data directly into the workflow. Ask CurveAI acts as a 24/7 “personal Curve expert,” providing instant answers to software questions for onboarding, training, and daily guidance, thereby eliminating the need to log support tickets.
