Global consultancy Nimble Gravity, a firm specializing in artificial intelligence, data, and software engineering, has significantly expanded its capabilities and team through the acquisition of Fog Solutions. This strategic move brings a premier data and AI firm, widely recognized for its expertise in Microsoft Azure and Databricks, into Nimble Gravity’s fold, enhancing its capacity for delivering AI-enabled and cloud data solutions at speed.
The acquisition immediately bolsters Nimble Gravity’s global talent pool, adding 50 new data and AI experts, primarily based in the United States. This expansion increases Nimble Gravity’s total global headcount to approximately 250 professionals. The move underscores Nimble Gravity’s commitment to assisting both corporate clients and private equity investors in accelerating AI adoption and driving technology-driven growth and efficiencies across their diverse portfolios. This latest deal follows Nimble Gravity’s previous successful integrations of iGerencia, a data consultancy based in Colombia, and mDEVZ, a digital and data science firm operating out of Argentina.
