EON 2025 Highlights Applied AI & Robotics Real-World Impact
The EON 2025 conference, set for October 29–30 at Lido House, is poised to bring together a distinguished assembly of leaders from Fortune 500 corporations and cutting-edge deep tech startups. Hailed as the year’s premier applied AI event, EON aims to delve into next-generation artificial intelligence technologies and their transformative potential across diverse sectors, including manufacturing, healthcare, and finance. Beyond the insightful sessions, the two-day gathering emphasizes forging new partnerships and fostering crucial customer relationships.
This year’s EON boasts an impressive lineup of thought leaders, recently announced as part of its advisory board and keynote speakers. Attendees can look forward to hearing from Brad Porter of Cobot, Hiroaki Kitano from Sony Group Corporation and the Okinawa Institute for Science and Technology, and Jonathan Hurst of Agility Robotics. The event is structured around the central theme, “Applied AI: Delivering on the Promise,” fostering unconference-style conversations to encourage deeper engagement and collaborative exploration.
A particular highlight of EON 2025 will be a dedicated “Physical AI” panel, featuring Ariyan Kabir, co-founder and CEO of GrayMatter Robotics. This session will showcase how GrayMatter’s advanced robotics solutions are making a real-world impact through its collaborations with major industry players. Panel participants include representatives from Oshkosh Corporation’s Pierce Manufacturing, a leading producer of firetrucks; Riddell, a pioneer in football head protection and athletic equipment; and International Aerospace Coatings (IAC), a prominent provider of aircraft painting and aviation services.
“We are thrilled to return to EON and reconnect with its vibrant community of AI innovators,” stated Ariyan Kabir. “It’s an honor to have GrayMatter Robotics and our exceptional partners — Pierce, Riddell, and IAC — featured. We eagerly anticipate sharing their unique journeys with AI, robotics, and advanced manufacturing, along with the significant challenges they’ve successfully navigated.”
EON was co-founded by Jason Schoettler and Kevin Dunlap, who are also co-founders and managing partners of Calibrate Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm known for partnering with deep-tech innovators. Kevin Dunlap underscored the event’s growing significance, noting, “This marks EON’s fourth annual event, and it is shaping up to be our most impactful yet. Our esteemed advisory board and speakers will explore the evolving future of AI, while panels like GrayMatter’s will firmly ground these discussions in tangible, real-world applications. EON 2025 promises to offer attendees an invaluable perspective on the trajectory of this technology and its current capacity for creating substantial value.”
Given that EON has sold out for the past three consecutive years, early registration is highly recommended to secure a spot at what is anticipated to be a pivotal event in the applied AI landscape.
