NewRocket, a prominent digital workflow and artificial intelligence advisor and an Elite ServiceNow partner, has announced the appointment of Jason Rosenfeld as its Chief Growth and Alliances Officer (CGAO). This newly created executive role is designed to spearhead strategic expansion by deepening NewRocket’s partnership with ServiceNow and ensuring exceptional outcomes for key clients. Rosenfeld transitions to NewRocket after serving as CEO at Cask NX, a specialized ServiceNow Elite Partner renowned for its focus on comprehensive business transformation. NewRocket itself is backed by Gryphon Investors, a leading middle-market private investment firm.
Rosenfeld’s arrival at NewRocket is underpinned by over two decades of experience spanning technology services, enterprise partnerships, and digital innovation. In his capacity as CGAO, he will assume responsibility for cultivating the company’s crucial partnership with ServiceNow, forging new strategic alliances, establishing a dedicated customer advisory board, and expanding vital client relationships across diverse industries and geographical regions. His mandate also includes leading corporate marketing efforts and pioneering new revenue streams through collaborations with top-tier private equity firms.

His career trajectory includes positions ranging from consultant and account executive to first-line leader, and subsequently overseeing strategy, growth, marketing, sales, alliances, and innovation teams, culminating in his role as Chief Executive Officer for a 500-person organically grown Elite partner. Prior to his extensive work within the ServiceNow ecosystem, Rosenfeld led high-performing teams specializing in Service Management and Data Engineering at HP, managing one of the firm’s largest services accounts. He also directed Field Services and Engineering teams for the airline and transportation industry at EDS and began his career as a Management Consultant for PwC, where he implemented leading CRM solutions.
